We have recently expanded into larger offices in Lewes, East Sussex which is 9-miles north of Brighton. Our offices benefit from free parking, rail access via Lewes train station, great bus links and we’re only a few minutes away from the A27. We are currently recruiting for following career opportunities:
Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter – We require a talented individual to make outbound calls to businesses to book free appointments for our consultants to visit them to review their fixed line and mobile phone contracts. You will need to be self motivated and ideally have B2B experience and/or have worked in a telephone sales based role. Full or part-time applicants considered. £8 per hour plus excellent commission. Communication Consultant – We require an ambitious and self motivated individual, preferably experienced in either fixed line or mobile telecom sales. You will be hard working, used to working to targets, have a proven track record in a sales environment, hold a full UK driving licence and pride yourself in delivering exceptional customer care. You will be provided with qualified appointments targeting SME businesses and above and be responsible for generating your own appointments from our extensive database of leads. In return successful applicants will receive full sales and product training, a generous salary plus un-capped bonuses, company car or car allowance plus benefits. Customer Support Advisor – We require technically minded individuals to provide both internal support to our Account Managers and external over the phone and face to face support for our range of products including Apple, Android and Windows Mobile smart phones and data devices including dongles and broadband routers. You’ll be comfortable in an office environment, have an excellent telephone manner, be self motivated, be able to successfully multi task and have a confident ‘hands on’ approach.
